Winter Wellness Medicine Making Workshop: Beat winter blues, colds + flu
Virtual Workshop | Saturday, November 15, 2025 | 1:00-2:30 ET
As the days grow shorter, colder, and slower, our bodies and moods naturally shift. The Winter Wellness Workshop is a seasonal, hands-on class designed to help you reconnect with ancestral traditions that strengthen your immune system, lift your mood, and prepare your household for the darker months ahead.
This year, we’ll be crafting two powerful herbal tonics:
• Fire Cider — a preventative and restorative folk remedy that supports immunity, digestion, and respiratory health.
• Winter Blues Oxymel — a honey-vinegar elixir made with mood-lifting herbs to nourish the nervous system and ease seasonal depression.
Together, we’ll explore how these two remedies work hand in hand—and how to use them in teas, tonics, and everyday recipes to keep your whole family resilient through winter. You’ll make both remedies step by step, learn the why behind each ingredient, and discover simple ways to weave them into your daily rituals.
